At Kids Biz Therapy Centre we offer a comprehensive and multidisciplinary service to ensure that a child’s emotional, physical, sensory, behavioral, academic and social needs are met.

Working as Team
At Kids Biz we think that it is important that all professionals work together as a team to meet the complex needs of each child and family. Therefore, as part of our services we have case conferences and discussions between therapist on a regular basis to talk about treatment progress, concerns, relevant changes and therapy updates.
Assessments and Interventions:
As part of our therapy services we offer comprehensive assessments and interventions.
Assessments
The most appropriate assessment/s are decided depending on the needs of the child and family.
We offer the following assessments:
- Clinic based assessments
- School Assessment
- Home Assessment
Intervention
Intervention sessions range from 30 minutes to 120 minutes and can be conducted in the following ways;
Individual: Direct therapy with child/family and therapist
Family based: Therapy is provided to child with parent coaching and support
Group Programs: Group therapy where a child can practice and learn new skills with their peers with therapists’ support.
Home based: Assessments and intervention may also be conducted at home by therapist
Note: this is on a needs basis and each case will be decided whether this is appropriate or not
School based: The therapist visit the child’s school and provides in-
Consultative: Therapists also work closely with teachers, educational assistance and other relevant persons on how to conduct therapy at home and/or school.
